The stop was report to have been made because of a tag light out on a trailer. During the stop drug dogs scanned the outside of the vehicles. Two dogs alerted in the area of the front of one of the busses. Now having probable cause, a search revealed Schedule II controlled substances.

Another dog alerted to the odor of drugs in the second bus, the one in which Michaels was riding, the deputy said. But no action was reported to have been taken. The evidence was sent to the DeKalb County prosecutor and no physical arrests were made. “Mr. Michaels allowed an open search of the buses and everything was handled in a professional manner,” the publicist said.
