A 25 yr old Valparaiso woman was arrested on a drunken driving charge. A witness told police he approached her after the crash and she had a can of air duster in her hand that was cold to the touch. Police said she attempted to hide the can when she regained consciousness. The driver who was struck by the woman, told police she seemed unconscious before and during the crash. Police said Burke admitted huffing while driving just prior to the crash.
